March 29 YES i survived 2 days with minimum foodalmost 48 hrs. I took only totalling 4 slices of white bread, and 2 bowls of porridge.
Doctor : " i will tell u the fastest way to get well ^.^ take this 2 pills now, on an empty stomach, and try ur best not to eat anything for today. If possible, skip lunch, dinner , skip also. Cleanse ur stomach now."
mE : " huh, o.O!? oh i am taking charcoal pills also "
Doctor : " stop that too, stop everything. If u have to eat, take some porridge, or plain bread. If not nothing. "
And so.... No meat , no veg, no eggs, no milk , no nothing.
Quite a lot of water.. and diarrhoea pills.
Side effects of not eating? Hands trembling now. Head abit dizzy. But still alive RofL. Nice experience of diet
